With twenty-five years in executive management helping others to achieve their business goals, his leadership experience in direct management functions includes operational efficiency, financial analysis, and marketing strategies.  Gary effectively increases revenue streams by identifying new markets and developing new systems or services that increases market share.  He is recognized for the ability to identify continuous change actions to reduce cost, enhance quality, and increase margins.  He achieves company goals through teamwork by effectively communicating the program mission and direction to everyone involved.
